My brother complains of having/producing too much saliva in his mouth. He claims that whenever he kisses his girlfriend she gets mad because it's too much saliva. And when he eats he has too much. Are there any steps that one could take to control the amount of saliva that one produces?

It appears to be a problem in early pregnancy for some women. Maybe your brother has an overproduction of one of the female hormones. Maybe it's time to visit a doctor for an assessment.

Tell him to learn to live with it, as this is simply poor genetics at work. Your great-grandparents should have bred better.

I personally hope he looks behind door number two, and makes out with a Smith & Wesson. It won't complain about the saliva problems, and as an added bonus we'll have one less junglebunny in the world.

You can't change the production off saliva. He just needs to swallow a little more often, rather than drool.

Not to my knowledge. Just hope he grows out of it like a bunch of other things people grow out of.
