Brush with baking soda, rinse with hydrogen peroxide (don't swallow). You have to rinse again afterward, but it works.

I have THE greatest discovery for this. There are these "magic sponges" by Mr. Clean that you can get in any store. They're white. They are for getting stains off pourous surfaces. I discovered them to take ink off wallpaper, and it removed it instantly.
So one night, I'm thinking, hmmm, I wonder what this would do on teeth? I used it on mine, and you would NOT believe how it whitened them. There's no chemicals in them, but you do have to be careful about rubbing your gums, as it will really hurt. Just use a little corner of a sponge, very carefully on your teeth.

Supersmile toothpaste or try getting Pearl Drops Toothpaste. Be careful about certain tooth pastes. Some toothpastes can ruin your enamel and you don't want that. Don't be in a hurry to get them whiten. Just remember to watch out for high abrasive toothpastes.

My hubby bought Plus White 5 minute speed whitening for 10 bucks at Walmart and it worked great on his yellow teeth......They are now pearly white again..........Baking soda on a toothbrush woth a little peroxide added (to make a paste) works well too.......Take care, dear............

hellod ere..well da cheapest way to whiten the teeth will be to go for bleaching....u can go for in house bleachin...i don think so it ill cost u much ...da dentist mill make inpression of your arches both upper nad lower...he will give u atray...and hydrogen peroxide solution,,,,before sleeping u have to put the solution in the tray..and keep the tray in ur mouth touching the teeth,,he will tell u how to do...but before goin fo r dis treatment ,,get ur teth cleand,,,dats all don worry it will be fine ...its 15 da tretatment but it works...another option is venerrin butits too costly..
