I may be concerned about nothing, since I live a pretty monastic way of life up in the mountains this time of year, and therefore don't see many women, but since I've been practicing standing and sitting meditation everyday for about a month, I noticed that I have little interest in sex. I'm still capable of course, I'm just not experiencing that moth-to-a-flame sort of lustiness, and I'm only 24.

I feel as if my instincts are superceded or blocked out by my mind now, which is preferable in most ways, but I suspect that it would make relationships problematic in this day and age, since intellectually I find sex troublesome and perhaps moreso than it's worth most of the time. Of course, I still want the company of a woman...

Does anyone have experience with this possible side effect of meditation? Any advice regarding the relationship aspect?

I'm at work so I can't get into a shower.
I just dyed my hair on Sat. My hair stylist said not to wash it for a couple days but it's been itchy ever since she dyed it. I hadn't washed it that day since I was getting it dyed & I thought she would. But I'm not so sure she did. I have never had dandruf (?) nor flakey scalp before so I have no idea WHAT the heck. Anyway is there something I can do here at work or in the bathroom unti I can get home & wash it with Head & Sholders?

The reason why I'm asking these questions about Chiropractic is because my husband is a Chiropractor. He is going to open his own office soon and I'm helping him with some ideas about business and I'm doing the design and decorating. Your opinions as a chiropractic patient are very import to us and we could really benefit from knowing what a patient likes to see in their chiropractors office.

1. When it comes to lighting in the waiting room, would you rather have medium level lighting with stylish design or very brightly lit with standard office florescent lights?

2. Would you rather feel like you're going to an upscale luxury office with affordable prices or a standard, basic looking medical office with the same prices?

3. Would you as a patient feel better about having all of your treatment done in one private room of your own or would you rather do the exam in one room, then move to another room for your adjustment and then yet another room for your treatments?

Thank you all

I'm not THAT stressed out. The only thing I can think of is frequent sleep deprivation.

Anyway, is there anything I can do (besides get more sleep) to reduce the frequency of these headaches so I'm not popping Advil every few days?

Thanks so much.

Which oil is better for piercing scars? and how should it applied?

Also addtional question about Vitamin E capsules. I have started taking 1 daily with 200IU in each capsule. Am I having too much? Are there things I should know about these. Should be eating certain things because I heard these are not water soluble.

Also is there a difference between Vitamin E capsules from natural sources or synthetic? The ingrediants were exactly the same in both.

Any info will be usefull. Thank you.
