The difference between mens multi's and regular multi's is that the mens usually have other ingredients that are beneficial for men such as protection for the prostate etc.
When looking for a good multi you want to make sure you are getting a good amount of B vitamins, 50mg is good. Centrum, however is not a good multi, the doses are pathetic, I mean you may as well go back to the Flinstones vitamins instead, they are about the same strength, not to mention the junk they put in them, and besides that all there ingredients are synthetic.
Do not get one with Iron, men normally don't need to supplement it, and it also interfers with the absorbtion of other minerals like calcium. Multi's are a good way to meet your needs of the day, since there are not alot of nutrients in our foods anymore.

Actually, multivitamins aren't recommended unless you need what's in them. If you already have a lot of iron in your blood, taking an pill for increasing iron is just stupid. I'd recommend speaking with your doctor for a more appropriate diagnosis and recommendation.

If you get a wide and colorful variety of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis, you don't need vitamins.

Personally, I don't eat as much as I should, so I take Womens' Ultra Mega from GNC. They also have a Mens' version.

I drink Vemma, which is a natural liquid supplement and it has all the vitamins and minerals I need so I don't go further to buy vitamins.
