Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin. Yes your body can produce it if you are exposed to ultra-violet light but that can get tough in the winter months. I know I am in MN and we don't get outside, cause it is freezing. Anyway go to the drug store and buy a vit. D supplement. I would say you should take 600 to 800IU daily for a while to build up your stores of it.

Start taking Bee Royal Jelly, because it contains all the essential amino acids our bodies need but can not produce on their own , Naturally occurring Vitamins A,Bcomplex,C "D" and E, trace minerals such as calcium and iron, Acetylcholine for transmitting message to nerve endings Nucleic Acids like RNA and DNA the genetic code of life, gamma globulin and adenylic nucleotides that fight infections and stimulate the immune system and so much more, I swear by it because I was a wreck until I started over a year ago, be watchful of cheap brands though because alot of companies water it down, I learned that the hard way by spending the money I found the best product to be found at http://www.beeroyalproducts.com ...good luck check out the site they have a tone of articles to research
