I get really il on long coach trips. It makes me feel like im going to throw up. I have thrown up once and it made me feel 10 times better. I wanted to know a way I could settle myself so that i didn't have to throw up, but in extreme cases (like sat 13th) how to throw up without damaging myself.
please help

For example, ginseng gives you energy. Is there a place that sells inverted ginseng for example which should calm you down? Saw palmetto blocks DHT... is there a way to get inverted saw palmetto to increase DHT? etc. Any idea where to look for this or if it is possible?

People are saying natural oil (D alpha Tocophorol) is better than synthetic (dl alpha)
People are also saying use Oil over capsules (which are to be cut and applied directly to scar)

I can't find pure natural oil with (d alpha tocophorol) but only capsules of that kind. i found naural oil with ingredient (d alpha tocopheryl acetate).

Should I use this oil (d alpha tocopheryl acetate) or d alpha tocophorol capsules (oil inside them)?

I feel like I am running out of options with the treatment of my cluster headaches, nothing seems to work. I have tried everything from ergotamine to deseril with limited success, I have also tried drinking lots of water, icing the back of my neck and lavender and peppermint oil. What are some other (preferably natural) remedies that I may not have tried?
