There is a neanderthal ignorance of homeopathy on this site which would be risible if the chimps weren't trying to dole out advice.
Ignatia has few skin symptoms. I have never known it used for psoriasis. The only possibility would be if the cause of the psoriasis was deep-seated depression. Psoriasis is a systemic pathology, not just a skin issue so you would need a full consultation with a qualified homeopath to cure it.

Br., Lyco., Mang., Nph., Nup., Pet., Phos., Pix., Sep., Sil., Teu., Thu., Thyr., etc. Symptoms of psoriasis are found seldom in Ignatia. This can be administered along with any other complimentory drug in case emotions such as grief, chagrin, worry, fright and shock. The ignatia patient lies often on part of the bed, with aversion to uncover and no thirst even in heat.
