I get really il on long coach trips. It makes me feel like im going to throw up. I have thrown up once and it made me feel 10 times better. I wanted to know a way I could settle myself so that i didn't have to throw up, but in extreme cases (like sat 13th) how to throw up without damaging myself.
please help

I've found that if I take Ginger Root before a flight, it works for me. I've also known people that have used this site too:

Sounds like you suffer from motion sickness. Some people are sensitive enough to it that they do get sick on long vehicle rides, whereas most people don't. What you may want to do is find something to help alleviate your symptoms while in transit. There used to be special elastic bracelets that could be purchased, that would help keep people from getting motion sickness. This worked on the principle of pressure points around the wrists.

Another option would be to purchase over-the-counter motion sickness tablets from your pharmacy (or chemist, depending on your country). You usually have to take these a few hours before your trip, but the pharmacist should be able to assist you in the directions and locating a viable product.

There is a gravol that is made with ginger root.I've tried it and it works.Plain ginger root might work too.
