Is there a way to get the opposite of a drug or herbal supplement? (example below)?

For example, ginseng gives you energy. Is there a place that sells inverted ginseng for example which should calm you down? Saw palmetto blocks DHT... is there a way to get inverted saw palmetto to increase DHT? etc. Any idea where to look for this or if it is possible?

It wouldn't have the same name, there's no anti-ginseng. But there are calming herbs like lavender.
Try someplace like the vitamin shoppe, they've got all kinds of supplements.
