There is no research supporting the idea that chromium can help with the symptoms of arthritis. However, there IS some research that suggests that glucosamine and chondroitin supplements can. Both of these are widely available -- you can probably even find them at your local drug store (frequently, they are paired up and sold in a single tablet, too). They are definitely worth a shot! Good luck!

I haven't heard about chromium being good for arthritis, but its good for insulin Resistance. Have you looked into osteo biflex? It's a supplement sold in most department stores and pharmacies. I believe it's recommended by the Arthritis Association. There are other generic brands as well.

I'm not sure about chromium. I am an Independent Distributor for Synergy WorldWide and we have a great product called Mistica. I have referred this to a lot of people who have gout and they have seen some tremendous results from it. If you want more information you can go to my website at www.getyoursynergy.com. or email me!
