urine has urea, an ingredient that is in the drugs made for athletes foot. but the urea is 'used to soften the outer layers of skin so that antifungal drugs can reach fungi below the surface, and that the urea must be quite concentrated and applied for a long period of time in order to be effective.'
so peeing or soaking in not only horse's urine but any other animals' urine is useless. The urine is not that concentrated nor does it exactly cure but only dissolves the surface tissue only.
Instead you could just pee in the shower and then apply a medicated cream. Still drugs are better don’t you think? it is better to take those pills then to soak them in urine....
i seriously don't know how horse's urine came specifically into this. maybe because horse is easily available there and produces a lot of urine for sure..:P
next time someone tells you something like this, go and verify it with the right people - ask a doctor or check one of those medical sites online. i just did a quick check on urea and athletes foot on wikipedia and knew whatever those guys said was not entirely true.. it's just another outcome of human stupidity.

No need to find a horse.... soaking your feet in your own urine will cure atheletes foot. Beprepared for repeated treatments though. I think it would just be easier to buy a tube of antifungal cream. Try using foot power along with treatment to keep your feet dry.

God do not ask them about cures for spots on your face they would have you dipping your head in cow muck.
the cure for athletes feet is:
Athlete's foot is a skin disease caused by a fungus, usually occurring between the toes.
The fungus most commonly attacks the feet because shoes create a warm, dark, and humid environment which encourages fungus growth.
The warmth and dampness of areas around swimming pools, showers, and locker rooms, are also breeding grounds for fungi. Because the infection was common among athletes who used these facilities frequently, the term "athlete's foot" became popular
athletes foot home remedy
Soak feet in very warm water with about one part white vinegar to four parts water, for 20 - 30 minutes, 2 times a day, until the fungus is no longer visible and irritating
No cost fro this, and no smell. Good luck

I asked about the urine on the foot question some months ago. And...it is true
Pee on your feet whilst you are in the shower

Yah, that does in fact work, but a couple questions real quick. Where are you going to get a bucket of horse's urnine? And while cutting off your feet also cures athlete's foot, is it worth it?

The chemical compound urea (found in urine) is a common ingredient inn athlete's foot medicines. The US Marine Corp at one time (I am not sure if they still do) told recruits to pee on their feet in the shower. This was supposed to kill the athletes foot fungus.

No but pissing on your own feet everytime you shower, leaving it a minute before throughly washing your feet clean again works. It'll clear up after 7 days, showering once a day
