My husband and I have been eating very gross lately (fast food, junk food, etc.). We were wondering if anyone knows about a colon cleanser that we can find at the health food shoppe?

Like said by a previous answerer, the best one that I can buy at a pharmacy store is Super Colon Cleanse by Health Plus also recommended to me by a doctor. The bottle is white and green.

I buy it at Rite-Aid. This week it's on sale for 8.99. I use it for like 2 weeks and take 4 pills in the morning and 4 pills at night.

The colonics famous people are getting are an expensive waste of money. The best thing to do is to stop eating junk and drink LOTS of water. Fasting for a day wouldn't hurt, either.

I feel the best on the market is Dr shulze's intestinal cleanse number one and two. He uses 99.9% organic herbs (which are 7-10 times higher than conventional in pytochemicals that cure and prevent diseases).

i use one called colon cleanse it has a picture of an intestine on it my nutritionist told me to ignor the instructions and take 4 or 5 capsules at night aft dinner and you will go in the morn alot at first but not liquidy for a total cleanse repeat for 3 weeks every 3-6 months
