yes, it is but you should only use raw apple cidar vinegar for consumption and treating joint problems. One a few tbs of raw vinegar and a few of raw honey to a glass of water..either take at each meal or mix up in a bollte enough for three or more doses and sip throughout the day.. Together they are more effective.

I just read a fascinating book on this. And posted an answer on treating arthritus. I will post a link to the suggestions and book, but be aware that if you quit the treatment the problem will return.

Use a brand like spectrum or braggs as they are raw vinegar..available at coops and health food stores including lovcal or large chains like wild oats and whole foods. Also available at some supermarkets with health food section like some Kroger's or giant eagles. Also get raw honey at these places or from a local seller of honey.

Sounds like it's from apples, however you want to make sure you take raw organic apple cider vinegar, not the processed stuff.

If you are having joint pain, have you looked into supplements like Osteo Biflex? You can buy them at most department stores or pharmacies. I was having knee pain and cracking and it has helped and I'm back to walking 10-15 miles a week.

Yes its the same thing.

bmac do you realise how negative and unhelpful your attitude is? Ok so it may not work for everyone but it has obviously helped some people to try and treat joint pain with cider vinegar.

If it works thats great, if it doesn't work then thats a shame - but there is no reason to discount it. It'll do no harm to try it, unlike with some conventional medicine which will possibly cause side effects.

Open your mind a bit.

Yes it is - 10 out of 10. You may like to hunt down organic apple cider vinegar if you want to use this for any sort of medical internal application - eg using it homeopathically.

Yes. But it is not going to help your joint pain. I'm sorry. It just doesn't work. There are so many companies out there that claim things like this and they don't do any clinical trials on people. They just put it up there.
