What, exactly, is an impurity in your body?
We have two big filtering organs: the liver and the kidneys. Metabolic wastes and excess minerals and vitamins go out through the kidneys. The liver converts toxic material like alcohol into less harmful substances. Dead blood cells go out through the large intestine.
Ginger tastes great, but we already have all the filters we really need that keep our bodies clean. If you're concerned about harmful substances building up, say, you have a damaged liver or kidneys, you need to control what goes into your body, and no amount of herbal supplements are going to do a better job.

Ginger is also used to soothe nausea & vomitting. The reason they say to drink Ginger Ale for an upset stomach is because of the ginger in it.
Ginger is excellent for motion sickness & morning sickness, as well. Very calming to upset tummies!fights inflammation. Cleanses the colon. Reduces spasms & cramps. Stimulates circulation. A strong antioxidant. Effective antimicrobial agent for sores. Protects stomach & liver.
Not recommended for extended periods.

The impurities comes out with all of the other waste products.
Ginger also helps fight infection and inflamation. I took ginver as a preventative for years when I lived in Kentucky from 84-97. it was very good at preventing me from having ear infections.

To do that you make a ginger tea of 1 teaspoon of ground ginger per cup of water., you can add honey or sugar to sweeten. Drink. Yes, I have used this yes it did work. No it didnt taste as good as celestial seasons herb teas but it really wasnt that bad.

It's recommended for travel sickness, even ginger biscuits seem to work (although maybe that's just the sugar content that makes people feel better ...)
