Your liver already rids the body of toxins 24 hours a day. That is what it was designed to do. There is nothing that can speed this up, and toxins are first cleared though the liver. Period.

Anyone trying to sell you a $300 colon cleanse or the like is full of you know what.

Drink lots of pure water and refrain from alcohol and drugs, and you will be fine.

Any drugs you have used in the past will most likely have exited your system. One exception is THC, found in pot. This lingers in fat cells for about a month, possibly longer. There is no proven way to remove it until the body clears it on its own. The jury is out on E, it looks like the damage may be permanent, but that doesn't mean the drug is still in your body.

Some people coming off heroin sweat out toxins (brown sweat that smells), but aside from exhaling and sweating it out, along with the liver's help, there is nothing you can do.

Make sure you follow a clean, unprocessed healthy diet, take anti-oxidants, and get lots of rest. Stay away from smoking, alcohol, and any kind of illegal drugs.

Good luck!

Sure fasting will rid your body of toxins, but I personally think it is a bit extreme. It seems like a crash diet to me - it leaves you feeling deprived. Plus it makes me feel off balance and air-headed when I don't eat. If you are using various drugs, you are probably feeling spacey enough as it is. I think you should eat normally and exercise more. The sweat will de-tox you. If you do choose to fast, you should eat only vegetables and fruits instead of eating nothing at all.

Yes. Fasting will help your body eliminate toxins.

If you fast; drink extra water because as your body uses fat cells; the toxins stored in fat cells will be released in your blood system, and the extra water will aid in flushing the toxins out of your body.
