My husband snores but if he's laying on his side he stops for the most part. Another thing he used once was a 'Breathe Right Nasal Strips'. It's an adhesive band that goes over the bridge of the nose, opening up the airways while you sleep. You can buy them with menthol fragrance too - which helps even more.

There is also snoring sprays you can buy which is made up of natural oils which help keep the airways open in the throat and sinuses.

These should all be available at your local chemists / pharmacy.

There alot of over the counter remedies such as the strips
that go over your nose to open the nasal passages that
will allow more oxygen. My brother had a real bad snoring
problem which brothered his sleep enormously so he went
to a sleep clinic. He now wears a real small mask in which he draws a tiny bit of oxygen on every intake of breath. He wishes he had done this alot earlier in his life
because he states that he has never, ever, had such good
night sleeps.
I guess you can try the over the counter stuff or check
out a sleep clinic. Good Night.

it is good for you to sleep with ur head and body all at the right side... Other than stopping ur snoring habit, it will do something good to ur heart coz u do not press it when our heart is located at the left side.... So, sleep turning all parts of ur body (include head) to the right side....

Sleeping flat induces snoring. You must sleep only sideways,so to avoid sleeping flat, stitch a tennis ball at the back of your sleeping suit.
You will never be able to sleep flat or snore.
