Are there any other exercises that I should be doing as well. I am not talking about exercises for the arms or legs, but exercises for the back or stomach area. If so, what are the exercises and how do I do them?

(I am also working out on the elliptical. So crunches and the elliptical is all the exericise I'm getting.)

I've never had it before and I'm terribly afraid of needles and shots. I've heard that it's nothing like a shot and it feels like a mosquito bite [which you normally DONT feel]. However I know that it is going to be administerd from a needle. Can someone give me some advice please, I'm freaking out, Thanks!

im 13 and im a girl with a girlfriend whom i love very very much. and we havent told anyone yet cuz she doesnt want her older brother to know and i emailed her and her mom read it and it said "i love you more then you know" on it. and my mom said to me "i know you have a crush on her". and im scared tht everyone knows but we just dont know they know (tounge twister lol). so im just really sacred everyone knows.....any advice on how to deal with all of this and do you think they know?

I'm 16 years old and I have smoked since I was 14 years old. I've tried quitting..but just got bored..and smoked anyway. A lot of people in my house smokes.. so if i dont have any,it's easy to get one off someone else. I'm allowed. Any good ways I could stop smoking for good? Also, If I stopped smoking now, would i breathe normally again? I sometiems get pains in my chest and feel shortness of breath. any help would be great,thanks!

taking deep breathes for about twenty seconds, then hold your breath and have somebody push on your chest till u pass out (only for a couple seconds). then a couple seconds later u feel really f**ked up for about a minute (in a good way) can that kill you?

2 years ago i had a heart autobiography and my heart was perfect then 2 months ago i made a heart autobiography and i found that i had prolapse .. like the valve doesnt close well . the doctor said ur heart got weakned .. i dunno what to do . i still cant stop it ..help mates!

i know and seen many people who DONT have herpes and they get blister and use blistex and get cold sores i dont think this mean they have herpes many people get it for for no reason
sometimes i know people who get like a blister inside there mouth and it hurts them when they eat food but they dont have herpes im confuse

so a few weeks ago i noticed a small ball type thing in my vaginal(female genital region)... and at first it was only there when i'd get excited in that way(sexually)... and when i wasn't excited it wasn't there... but just these past 2 or 3 days i've noticed that it has gotten much larger... i look at it in the mirror and it's purple, like vein color purple... and its pretty much ALWAYS there now... and it isn't like in the front or anything... its down in the last layer of the lips right b4 u would enter the vaginal canal... i'm scared bcuz i dont know wut it is... i'm too scared to say anything to anyone but a doctor... but in order for me to get to the doctors i'd have to say something to my mom... but i'm too scared... if it's related to having sex, then i'd have to admit to her that i'm not a virgin anymore... and i'm to scared.... could someone please help me... i have no idea wuts wrong or wut it is... please help i cried myself to sleep last night... please help...

I am a nail biter when I am stressed and I really don't want to be. I try very hard not to touch them as I usually have nice length to them. Can anyone and everyone tell me the germs associated with nail biting? I know its supposed to be dirtier then licking a toilet seat but thats not what i want to hear, I want real risks and real facts! thanks!!!:)

i was picking at this annoying white-head on my face and i accidentally peeled of some skin.
how can i prevent it from scarring?
i put honey on it so it can stay moist and heal quicker, i just wanted to know what i should use to help prevent it from scarring and to help it heal faster.

i know not to pick at acne but it was so annoying, it was a bump that had hardened oil in it, I didn't know i didnt know how to get it out so i picked it and then skin peeled, i think i only peeled like the first 2 or three layers of skin so i dont think it's that bad.

oh BTW can someone tell me how to remove those annoyin white heads without damaging my face??, I've tried blackhead clearing scrubs but all they do is dry up my face. =)

I've had pimples for a while. A few here and there, never very many, I'd say mild. However, recently I suddenly have pimples EVERYWHERE on my face...they seem like they itch slightly (it's so mild it's hard to tell if they really are or not), and they seem to be spreading. They are now under my chin, where I never thought pimples would be. I'm at school, so going to a dermatologist isn't the easiest thing in the world. They started in a line on the side of my face, and now they're on my forehead and under my chin.

I went running in the morning, and there they were. I admit, I had a ton of candy the night before. I'm also allergic to something in the air in late summer (now). Yet, I've never had this problem before and it seems to be spreading.

Any ideas?

Hi im 16 years old and i am not sure what it was but i got a deep huge cut like hole between my leg and testicle. Im pretty sure it was a pimple but they after it "popped" if left a huge hole that really hurt a lot. Its not healing cuz im guessing it doesnt get any oxygen since my leg and private part are covering it. I already told my parents and they kinda freeked out cuz they saw it. Do u think it wil heal or am i going to get it stitch. im really scared. =/
