I've had pimples for a while. A few here and there, never very many, I'd say mild. However, recently I suddenly have pimples EVERYWHERE on my face...they seem like they itch slightly (it's so mild it's hard to tell if they really are or not), and they seem to be spreading. They are now under my chin, where I never thought pimples would be. I'm at school, so going to a dermatologist isn't the easiest thing in the world. They started in a line on the side of my face, and now they're on my forehead and under my chin.

I went running in the morning, and there they were. I admit, I had a ton of candy the night before. I'm also allergic to something in the air in late summer (now). Yet, I've never had this problem before and it seems to be spreading.

Any ideas?

Hon, bring your problem to the school nurse and ask him or her what to do. Good luck, I hope all is well with you soon.

Sounds like an allergy--try some benadryl (it'll make you sleepy, though). That's just a quick fix for some of the itching--you're gonna have to see an allergist to determine the root problem. Could also be chiggers--you could try glopping on some clear nail polish on a VERY SMALL section and just see what happens (if it's chiggers, the nail polish will suffocate them and they'll die by the time that polish dries completely). Could be any number of other things, too, though. Doesn't your school have a clinic?

Could be an allergy. Write down a diary for a week of everything you eat & how you feel after each one. At the end of the week, go back & check it. If it is a food you will be able to tell which ones are bothering you by how you felt after.

Sounds like an allergy. If you can't get to the doctor anytime soon, you might try washing your face with hydrogen peroxide.
Have you ever had chicken pox?
Even young people get the shingles & you can get them on your face.
