im 31 years old. not marriage yet . im a diabetes person and start since 6 months later in this yr. Im very sad about it. i also got diabetes history background from my grandmother and my mom. please give me some advice how can i control my diabetes. ..? that im safe now..!!!!

This is really a 3 part question:

1. I have a back molar that was temporarily filled about 2 years ago and was never finished. the filling came out awhile back, and now there is a quarter of my tooth completely gone, and the nerve is exposed. It is extrememely painful -- i can hardly function, and with a 6 month old son to care for, i need to do something about it! What will need to be done?

2. no matter what treatment i need, i probably can't afford it. i have little to no money after bills, rent, and other necessary costs. Are there any programs in Arkansas that can help pay for treatment?

My feelings get hurt VERY easily because all my life, people have made fun of me, picked on me in school, & judged me & always have negative opinions about me & turn me down for certain opportunities of fun, based on them thinking I'm slow & retarded. I have a college degree.

It's like the littlest thing someone says to me, I take it to heart & get very depressed over it & keep obsessing over it & I get so worried that I can't concentrate or focus on an exam, based on me being worried about their negative opinions. Certain employers tried to play mind games with me, based on their first impression of their opinion of me looking retarded or like they just KNOW something is wrong with me. & they don't wanna hire me.

& the way I was raised in foster care, the whole family hated me & constantly physically & emotionally abused me & always laughed at me.

Is this abnormal & immature for me to have very sensitive feelings & worry about what people say @ the age of 24?

I officially am not on the depo provera shot anymore and now i'm having problems. I was on the depo for 3 1/2 years and didn't have a period for the last 2 1/2 years of it. I've been off the shot for about 3 1/2 months. I started my period three weeks ago and i start then stop, start then stop. It isn't very heavy either. I'm now getting sharp pains in my pelvic area. Not like cramps. SHARP pains. Mostly just on the right side of my pelvic area. Also, when I am bleeding I get small blood clots every time I wipe. About a week ago I also was having a numbing feeling in my stomach, and a couple days later having cramps from a little above my ovaries to my knees, also i get fluttering feelings in my pelvic area as if a baby is kicking me. Pregnancy tests say i'm not pregnant. I called my doctor and the earliest they can get me in is in another two weeks. If someone can tell me what it might be I would really appreciate it.

Lately, I've been experiencing stiff shoulders and necks to the point I have nerve pains in my arms and legs. My symptoms only goes away when I am starting to feel more relaxed. I'm also experiencing seeing a bright red reflecting dot in the field of my vision. It moves along with my eye when I move my head at the same time. It only happens rarely. The first time I saw it I saw the bright red reflection dot against bright lights. The second time I saw it was in the middle of the night. I don't think it is a floater because it floats only when I move my eye/head. What could it be? Could it be related to stress/anxiety? I was diangosed with chronic anxiety. What are the symptoms of eye conditions for anxiety? Could my neck pains be due to stress and anxiety too? My whole body is pretty tense and I have very very tight muscles in my shoulders, arms and legs that it sometimes gives me pain in the legs while walking. I'm also experiencing pain and pressure in the eyes.

I get enough sleep, I was thinking it might be sinuses. what's a way to fix this besides allergy medicine (i've already tried that). My eyelids are also somewhat purple, and so are the bags under my eyes, i think it's mostly due to sinuses, and i think that's what's making it feel heavy. thanks.
