I was told that the little pop sound that my knee makes when I walk upstairs is Crepitus. Now I'm having pain in my knee and it pops more. Is there any exercises I can do to get rid of it? What should I do about it to get rid of it?

That popping sound can also be related to arthritis. I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation if you haven't already and ask about consulting a physical therapist because they can give additional information about gentle exercising and stretching for your knee.
