I would definitely recommend that you see your doctor to have the situation evaluated further but in the mean time you can try something like Sprite or Gingerale to try and settle your stomach.

You can also make a tea using fresh ginger. You can find it in the local supermarkets as well as a health food store or in some cases a flea market if they have days fresh produce is brought in.

To make the tea boil some water either in a pot on the stove or a coffeepot then cut a couple pieces off the fresh ginger root and then put it in the water. After a few minutes take some and pour it in a cup. After about a minute or two of cooling then start to slowly drink the tea. Ginger is very good for digestive/stomach upset.

This all depends on more info. I will try to be thorough, but simple.

*Food poisoning/flu: do not try to eat anything for 72 hours.
do try to drink water, sipfuls at a time, once approx every 10-15 min. Should you want to eat, be sure at least 8 hours has passed since your last vomit episode, so that your stomach has had time to relax, and still not spazzing.
12 hours would be better.
start with jello, gingerale, sprite, tea, toast, chicken soup/broth and rice (is best). bland stuff so that your stomach isn't upset by spicy foods. stay away from tomato based products and other things that will irritate it.

If you need to calm it down more, take pepto bismal. try to stay away from other over the counter products during this period.

If after 48 hours you aren't feeling any better, or worsen after 24 hours, you can't keep anything down, please call your doctor,or go to the ER.
dehydration is dangerous! If possible, have someone else drive you there.

I hope you feel better
