I suffer from panic attacks, and I also get nausea, as well as a feeling of constriction in my chest and throat.
I don't know whether you may have this (I'm in Australia), but there is a product called Bach's Rescue Remedy. It is pretty expensive, but it is all natural products, so you are not taking medication which can have side effects. You may want to check with a doctor before going off any medication or mixing this (or any other stuff) with your current medication. I also find acupuncture helps with stress, maybe you could get an acupuncturist that could do with a house call.
Hope you are feeling better and more happy soon!

I don't know if I have suffered from "panic attacks".But I have conquered fears a liitle bit at a time.Look at my profile and search some of my answers related to this. as far as nausea I easily get motion sickness so what I did was get on a rollercoaster and tried to conquer the nausea. I didn't fully conquer it but I did improve my tolerance of motion sickness.I will do this again until I conquer it.

Yes, I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder. I have to take Lorizipam to keep my panic down. I do get nauseous sometimes but more times I feel like I am having a heart attack. I guess what you have to do is go to therapy. I did and I am getting better but I still need my meds.

I had panic attacks for 2 or 3 years. I took Librium, and still do. I also saw a panic attack specialty therapist. He helped me a great deal. I didn't have nausea with mine.

Yes i do suffer from panic attacks and not only i have nausea, a fever comes right up after i finish puking.

Well, i was recommended to take something light, like plums? They do stop you from feeling nauseous, plus having something to chew in your mouth makes you feel better. Trust me.
