I know there are medications out there for the pain or whatever, but does anyone know anything I can put on them or rinse my mouth with that will make them heal fast?

I am obese (really) I am 5' 00" exactly and I weigh 230 pounds. I gained all the weight when I got into middle school when people made fun of me for being poor, I got depressed. I can't excersize much but I can walk a long time (like 3 miles at a time), but it doesn't do much good unless I figure out a diet that can work.

I went to the doc for a physical, I'm gonna be 25 in a month, they measured me at 5 11.5" tall, and 145lbs. The doc thought I could use a few pounds. I eat and drink beer all the damn time! I do play soccer daily though...that could be hindering any weight gain.

My husband is bipolar but he doesnt know if he is type I or II.
Anyone can explain me more about this bipolar thing? is just so new to me. We've been married gor a year now and since we started dating I knew he had a problem but I still cant accept is bipolar disorder because he is fine most of the time... but other times he doesnt seem like himself...
Im reading a book called "loving someone with bipolar disorder" so far it has helped me to realize when is my husband and when is the bipolar speaking.
is just so overwelming I dont know what to do..
how do I know if he is type I or II.

that the blood is dark red. Mine was like a 2 colors. I really want to know what it is. So, I drew a quick picture on paint, to show you what it looked like. Please don't judge me, I am really tense because my mom has no clue what it is. I am NOT going to have the doctor look at my private places!!! Do you know what it is?Or what I should do?
And by the way, i could not make clear on the picture, so i used really really light yellow.and i also used bright red.

it was the last day of middle school and in PE my teacher was passing out awards to kids who passed all the state fitness test. and i passed all of the mile runs.push ups,ext. and my teacher said that some kids who passed everything didn't get an award because they were over weight or way too skinny. we all can't be perfect. I think that weight doesn't matter. obesed kids can be good at running. and just because because someone is skinny doesn't mean they can run very well. What do you think?
