that the blood is dark red. Mine was like a 2 colors. I really want to know what it is. So, I drew a quick picture on paint, to show you what it looked like. Please don't judge me, I am really tense because my mom has no clue what it is. I am NOT going to have the doctor look at my private places!!! Do you know what it is?Or what I should do?
And by the way, i could not make clear on the picture, so i used really really light yellow.and i also used bright red.

I am not cramped. I don't hurt anywhere, but about 5 weeks ago, I was getting some clear discharge, and my mom said it was probably a yeast infection. But I am pretty sure that it wasn't, because i searched it up, and mine was a lot clearer, then others. I feel fine.

honey, don't worry. that is most likely your first period. i didn't have cramps or anything my first one. it was dark, nearly brown at first...then it got pretty bright. i told my mom and i was so afraid. i thought something was really wrong with me. like i thought i was dying! i went to our ob/gyn doctor. she said we didn't have to even do an exam if i didn't feel comfortable but i did. and she said it was very normal. if you aren't having pain, i would just think it was a period but if it gets to be ongoing like, longer than 2 weeks, i would maybe see a female provider...they are good and don't make you feel weird or anything! keep talking to your mom too...she will be able to let you know what she thinks is going on too! :) take care and good luck

It's sounds like you have discharge mixed in with the blood.
Looking at the other questions you've asked, this is your first period. Not everybody starts out with a heavy period, it's sounds like you're more spotting right now. It might get heavier tomorrow and you might see a different colour of red or you might just spot for a few days and then it will go away. At the beginning periods can be very irregular. You sound like you're normal, you don't need to do anything but wear a pad for the next few days.

Edit: I take it your mom has never had a yeast infection. Yeast infections usually itch really bad and can be accompanied by a discharge that kind of looks like cottage cheese.
The clear discharge you were experiencing is part of your normal cycle. Discharge is the vagina's way of keeping itself clean and healthy. Some days you will find you have less discharge then others. You'll also notice it change throughout your cycle from thick and white before and after your period to clear and stretchy when you're ovulating. Sometimes it can even be a little watery. If it's ever green or a darker yellow (pale yellow is fine), is itching you or has a bad smell you need to go to a doctor.

that all sounds normal...sometimes the blood is dark brown..which is fine too. Sometimes it's very light pink, or dark...and there can be clumps of tissue that pass as well, called clots...this is all normal. It's just part of the uturine lining that is being shed since you're not pregnant. You will experience discharge every month for a few weeks before your period. It can be very clear, or even a slight yellowish tint..but yes, as long as there is not a very unpleasant, unusual odor, and it's no occompanied by unusual amounts of itching/burning, then there is no alarm.

Ok thats normal the white/peachy stuff is called discharge (ever girl/woman gets it!) unless its very smelly (which could mean a yeast infection) then dont worry about it. The red is blood. And the blood wont necessarily be DARK red it could be any shade hunny.

good luck!

Clear discharge is normal. The blood does not have to be dark red.

It was probably menstrual blood mixed with your regular discharge. Don't worry about it unless you start to exhibit symptoms of a yeast infection.

The red part is uterine tissue that is discarded each month. The yellow part is the fluid part of your blood, called plasma, that doesn't contain red cells. These sometimes separate during menses, due to clotting. This is not unusual, nor is it unhealthy. Don't worry about it.

Going to the doctor is a hard thing to do...even after all these years I still hate doing it...
Are you cramping? If you are nervous, go see a doctor...
