You should put on another twenty pounds or so. Don't rush it; see how much you grow over the next few years.

At 12 years old I wouldn't worry too much about it. Especially if you are otherwise healthy.
Make sure you're getting good nutrition. You may need some supplements, such as iron.
As you grow up you'll tend to gain height before your body weight catches up. It could take a few years for that to happen. You are also going through puberty with the body changes that brings about, and they are not the same for everyone.
It's a lot better to be too thin at your age than too heavy. Just watch your diet, make sure you get your rest and exercise and don't worry about it. You'll be just fine.
I'm a 66 year old male who did not weigh more than 100 pounds until age 15 when my height was more than six feet. I did have a bout with strep throat and pneumonia at age 15 that wound up leaving me iron anemic. My doctor put me on iron and I gained 20 pounds in a couple of months, but was unusually thin for most of the next ten years.
I wouldn't mind being unusually thin again--now I have to try to avoid being overweight.

It depends on what body type you have.
Are your bones sticking out a lot? (Can you count all of your ribs?)
Do you feel tired and weak most of the time?
Did a doctor say you were too skinny?
If you answered these questions with a yes, then you are too skinny. But there are many body types and some people are naturally skinny. Talk to your doctor about it.
Good luck! <333

Your body mass index calculator tells you that to be of healthy weight, you'd need to weigh at least 95 lbs for that height. anything less and you're "underweight".
You're only 12 years old, so you're still growing in all directions. Don't diet now, you need all the nutrients you can get, this is a crucial time for your good development. Eat healthy now, eat a lot, your body will thank you later in life.

No your not to skinny. I was 5'6 and weighed 105 lbs my senior year.......Listen, you got one life, you live it your way, dont worry about what others think if your too skinny or overweight. You have to love yourself, and not worry about what other people think of you. And you are way to young to be thinking about your weight.....Enjoy being a kid............its the best time of your life.
