Do you know those bras with much support, thick material, that covers a lot of your breasts, have wide bands and clip in the back with several rows of hooks, 4 or 5? Who needs them? Are they good, should a 15 yo girl with a C cup like me wear them?

Well I have a padded bra, but I don't know if I am ready for it or not... How do I know if I am ready or not? I don't know if I really need it, I mean I think I do and all but I'm not sure if I just want one cuz all my friends have one. I don't need a cup, but I just have it padded. My period is over 15 days ago and still my breasts hurt so much...
it's the 1st time that i witness this feeling...normally my breasts hurt before period or during but goes off with its end... this time, it continued hurting even after its end and for 15 days now!

what am I having??
I'm afraid!!

P.S. I'm a virgin still
also I'm 25 years old now and my 1st period happened at around 13 years old

earlier today, i was eating some bean burritos. i was eating them rather quickly, and swallowed a large amount at a time. then i noticed that when i swallow, i felt a discomfort on my side/back. it still feels that way, only when i swallow. i have been a bit gassy lately. is this indigestion?? i can't get to the doctor right now, so i please need your help! if it's indigestion, what can i do to help it and when wil it go away?? i just took a pepto bismol tablet.... i'm desperate for help! thanks in advance!

I am 16, but I have weak joints, especially my elbows. When I went to the doctor he said that I have some disease, because my arm span is longer that my height, in addition to the elbow problem.

This guy my brother sort of knew made some brownies and gave him a plate of them. My brother brought them home and he, my sister and I ate one, but noticed quickly after a bite or two they didn't taste right and left a burning sensation in our throats, we didn't finish eating them and threw them away. What could have been in them? Was it an accident or on purpose?

I 'm not sure if its my sleep patterns, I have stopped working the night shift for some time, I still go to bed at 3 am somtimes and wake up at 9 or even 8 depending on the time my son gets up. But I feel so drained and tired that I feel like laying down to go back to sleep. BUT, the weird thing is, at about 6 pm, my energy level starts to rise. Usually at about 10pm , i feel tired but for a short while, a power nap like 5 to 10 min would do, then I'm energized and in full throttle at 12am. But even during the day, even after laying down and taking another nap, still doesnt do any good.

I was thinking about going vegetarian, but I read somewhere in a book that I should do a little research that way I can get the balenced diet. Seeing how there are two different types of vegetarian diets, I choose the lacto-ovo lifestyle. This alows me to eat dairy products and eggs. I still am going to need more vitamins and protein, and that's why I need more websites, just to be sure I have all I need. Please no stupid answers please. Thank you.

Okay .. so I was prescribed flexeril at 33 weeks gestation. I will be 34 weeks on thursday (5th).

My question ... I know that I wouldn't have been prescribed if it wasn't to benefit from the medicine. I am definetly benefitting from it .. but I am having side effects of extreme irratibility and fatigue. My baby also has been moving less .. but he's still moving enough to be assured that he's okay.

I was put on a ten day dosage of the medicine which will be up on monday next week. The problem. I can't make it through the day without the medicine now. Tylenol wasn't cutting the pain .. and now without the flexeril I can't go without it. I normally don't get dependent on medicine ...

I was prescribed this medicine for falling down the stairs and popping my left pelvis out of place and messing up alignement in my back ..

should I call my doctor and tell her about the side effects? I hate taking this medicine BTW .. makes me feel like crap!
