Don't focus on all the weight you have to lose. Break this down into smaller goals that are attainable for example don't look at 30 lbs as a whole, break this down into 5 pound increments. Work towards each of those smaller goals.
Give yourself small rewards along the way for your achievements such as a cd, book, magazine, new workout clothes, a new shirt, skirt, a new outfit, a manicure, a pedicure, a message, etc.
When you are feeling unmotivated to workout then is when you need to concentrate on your overall goal to get your butt in gear and get moving!!
Make sure you drink plenty of water so you are hydrated, dehydration is often mistaken for hunger!!!

Go out to your favorite clothing store and buy an outfit you really,really like...but there's a catch...you have to buy it in the size you want to get to. As soon as you get home..throw away the receipt.
Put the outfit in a place it will be vivible from..don't throw it in the back of your closet.
Look at it everyday..if you feel like a piece of cake or something not good for your diet..look at the outfit and think again.
Have a piece of your favorite fruit instead.
And don't eat after 7 pm. If you feel hungry after that time..drink water. Sometimes when your body is thirsty..you feel hungry..when you're actually not hungry at all. Drinking water will fill you up.

Well, if you lose weight in a healthy way like exercising regularly, it should be a snap. You notice a difference in your attitude and it is like a switch turning on. So, just make sure you are always being healthy and eat right and your new and improved attitude should make you stay motivated!

I keep a picture of me when I was fat in my lunch bag. you could put pictures of fat people on the frig. you could promise yourself a new outfit if you lose 10 more pounds. what are you willing to work for?
