If they are comfortable for you go ahead and wear them.
They help support your breasts from jiggling and giving you black eyes.

I have a C cup and dont wear a bra like that. I think it is more the entire body not just the cup. Go to a nice department store and have the lady measure you and fit you for the right bra for you.

People with heavy large breasts wear them because they give heavy-duty support. You can't decide just by the cup size, though if you wear a C cup you might think about it. Other factors include your weight, your sagginess, and whether your back hurts if you wear a flimsy bra.

That depends -- does your back hurt? Are you "bouncing" or spilling out? Do the straps and bands on the bras you do wear make grooves in your skin?
You can still have pretty bras that offer support. Talk to a person who is a bra fitter (like in Victoria Secret or JC Penny) and they can help find you bras that fit, support you, and are still cute.

Many lingerie departments in big stores as well as lingerie stores will do bra fittings to help you determine the proper size and style of bra for your figure. Different types of support work better for different shapes, we can't tell by your age and cup size although at a C you don't need the heaviest of support bras.

That depends on the weight of your breasts and the kinds of activities you are involved in. Those bras are designed for heavier breasts and for busier activities.

Probably not a good choice for you. Your boobs are firm and perky so they should not need that kind of support. You can try one if you want to, but most likely you won't need one of them until your in your 30's or 40's.

You really only need a bra with a lot of support if your boobs actually hang down so that you get a crease under them. Mine don't get that crease, so I can get away with wearing no bra at all!
