ok calm down breast tenderness is very normal in woman i would reccomend going to the obgyn first because there are things that could be going on a womans breast changes thgough her whole life which cause breast tenderness there is also a condion called cystic fibrosis which causes pain in the breast but very common in woman i have this condition and was so concerned when i first had pain in my breast went to several doctors and find it was cystic fibrosis they say if its breast cancer there usually is no pain they will due a mamogram and check for lumps to be sure relax mamograms are not as painful as the older people make them out to be the hardest part is waiting for the test results i wish you the best of luck and hopes all goes well kudos on still being a virgin better safe than sorry

I would go and see a doctor just to be on the safe side. I have had tender breasts before, during and after my period, I don't think it is unusual a thing to happen. Get it checked anyway.
Good Luck

Just to make sure -- you do a monthly breast exam, right?
You could be getting ready to start your next period, or maybe you've been wearing poor fitting bras. Have you been exercising a lot? Is it the actual breast or the muscle underneath?
When in doubt, always make an appointment with your dr.

It sounds to me like your body is getting ready for your next period to come. I sometimes have had symptoms such as this start occuring two weeks before my period actually arrived.
You can try applying warm, wet towel to the area to see if that helps. Also, vitamin E can be very good at helping with breast tenderness.
I would also recommend checking with your dr for additional ideas.

You are a normal woman. Every period is a little different. Sometimes you cramp bad, others, not so much. You bleed heavy, sometimes not so much. You have period for 3 days, next month 5. Relax
Peace

You could have a lump or large mass in your breast that hurting your breast, and everything. Go to a doctor, and ask for the doctor to schedule for you to get a mammogram. This pain could be serious, but just remain calm, and do what you have to.

Mine usually get sore 2 weeks before my period so the soreness can be normal, however if they hurt that much it's probably best to get it checked out or at least call and advice nurse.

Personally, I would suggest to get a check up regarding your situation. I can't say its not normal, but when i have my period my breast do not hurt.
