Step on the middle of the band, hold your arms at your side, and pull up - Bicep Curls. 3 sets of 20

Stand near one end of the band, grab the other end with both hands, lift it up behind your head with your elbows bent over your head. Straighten arms so hands go towards ceiling. - Tricep Extentions. 3 sets of 20

Grab both ends of the band and wrap around hands a few times for more resistance. Hold hands out in front of you, and slowly pull out to the side, so you form a letter T - Back and Shoulder Pulls - 3 sets of 12

Keep your hands in the same spot, hold your hands above your head with your arms straight. Pull down, with your elbows bent, and have the band go behind your head. More for Back and Shoulders - 3 sets of 12

Thighs: Lunges and Squats. Use good form, and go really slow. Keep your back straight. Do 3 sets of 20 lunges on the left, then 3 sets of 20 on the right, then 3 sets of 20 squats.

But do it like this:
20 Bicep Curls, 20 Tricep Extentions, 12 Back and Shoulder #1, 12 Back and Shoulder #2, 20 Left Leg Lunges, 20 Right Leg Lunges, 20 Squats. REPEAT!

Make sure to stretch and drink water. And eat healthy and mix in some cardio every other day.

You can do bicep curls, lateral raises, front raises and shoulder presses.
Put the resistance bands under your feet-in the middle of your feet-to make sure that the band does not pop out and hit you-it will hurt if it hits you in the leg.
Several upperbody exercises can be done with resistance bands. They work very well.

Didn't they give you tips on how to use them? The resisitance basically acts the same way weights do, but without the gravity. Hook the band on a foot, and pull up, and you get the idea. Think about any muscle you want to work and how to work the band will come immediately to mind.
