I've had a headache since sunday!! it is getting on my nerves..i have been treated for having migraines,but the medicine i take for it,does nothing,i dont know if its sinus headache,or my blood pressure is up,but can someone please tell me what to do or take?

Okay I asked a bunch of questions about a full physical I was supposed to have today but it got put off til tomorow, now I have more questions!
I'm thirteen and sexually active. We're careful and always use a condom. I'm on bc because my mom wanted me to go on it to regulate my period. Please don't reprimand me for it because it wont help. My mom's maken me get a full physical tomorow with a gynecologist, my questions are :
1. What will the Doctor do?
2. Does my mom have to be there?
3. I've seen other questions were ppl said a nurse is there for the first time. Does she have to be?
4. Will he know I'm sexually active?
5. If he can Know my Hymen is broken, will he know what broke it... like could I tell him it was probably a tampon or sports?
6. Can he tell my mom anything if I tell him not to?
7. He's a family friend, so can he tell my mom as a friend and not a doctor and get away with it?
8. How long should this take?
9. Do I have to take off all my clothes or just

I have Eczema which causes your skin to be really really really itchy.... it drives me crazy.... does anyone have Natural Eczema Remedies or any advice... or anything.... i have scars and all sorts of stuff.... on top of that i am allergic to metal, bananas, avocado, and pecans.... so i can't have any of those things and part of the reason i have eczema is cuz i am also allergic to cats, dogs, birds, pretty much all animals that i know of, dander, pollen, dust, and i have asthma... so plz hlep me!!

by the way i have tried all the thing doctors have perscibed me and my immune system builds up an immunity against them all...

Last year on the year 2006 i was very active in sports. At about the month of august i discovered that my knee makes cracking sounds and hurts when its bent. Sometimes it feels like there a glass under my skin and my leg will be weak for awhile. I tried acupuncture for about 3 months and it didnt work. I've not played any sports for about year now. My knee cap is always cold dont know whats wrong with it.The simptoms are in the both of my knees which worries me alot. Can anyone tell me whats the problem with me? please...

I am ready to start a work out routine but I want to make sure I am going to be doing what is needed before I start.
I am thinking about going to the pool to do laps about 3 nights a week, going to the gym 1 night a week and walking as much as possible.
Of course I will be shaping up my eating habits as well.
My first goal is to fit back into my clothes comfortably and then I will be making a new goal from there.

For the past 3 days I have been having what I think is heartburn. It is a burning in my throat and like a heaviness in my chest. When I take a deep breath in it feels like there is something in my throat and It feels like as I breathe in it slides down to my chest. I have been taking Rolaids, but they only work for an hour or two. I take four at a time. The only other time I've had heartburn was when I was pregnant with my daughter. I haven't been eating anything acidy or anything. Also I keep belching (sorry i know its gross maybe but I just want an accurate opinion.) It feels sometimes like i have something stuck in the back of my throat. I am 22years old if that makes a difference. Any information would be greatly appreciated! I also took Protonix for heartburn while I was pregnant. Any ideas on if this is heartburn or what I should do? Thanks so much!

My Father-in-law was just diagnosed with a benign tumor in his Pituitary Gland.
We're not sure of the size. He has to have another MRI done of the Pituitary Gland to see exactly how big it is.
My Father-in-law has been having trouble with his balance when he walks, He always looks like he's staggering and going to fall. That was the reason for taking him to a Neurologist.

The bigger problem we're having is my Father-in-law is refusing to have it removed. He said he's 71 yrs old and he might out live it. He's just absolutely refusing.

The Neurologist is having more tests done but he's thinking that the tumor is growing out around the dome of the Pituitary Gland, which will then start to affect his Optical nerve.

Any thoughts on how to encourage him to have it removed , if it comes to this?
And is it really medically necessary to have it removed?

My Father-in-law is complaining because he is insisting that he is not having any trouble with his eye sight

The reason for this question is that I've switched from Quest to LabCorp for bloodtests. Quest measures Lp(a) [lipoprotein (a) ] in nmol/L while LabCorp measures it in mg/dL. Since I don't know how to convert from one to the other, I don't know how to compare my results. Any help on this is appreciated.
