honeslty no one really knows. as you can tell by the answers veryone has their own opinion. uncomfortable-maybe for some people and it also depends on your body and and the bra you wear. the websites below have the differing opinions.
"Google + wear bra sleep breasts sagging = "It is a good idea to take off your bra before you go to sleep for other reasons — like having good circulation and easy breathing. Here's something else to keep in mind — bras don't preserve the shape or perkiness of breasts. Sagging results from a number of factors unrelated to bra wearing, such as
* breast fat and tissue composition
* softening of breast ligaments and loss of breast tissue with age
* enlarged breasts during pregnancy, which causes the skin to stretch even after they return to pre-pregnancy size"
"Sleeping with a bra on doesn't cause cancer. But your mom may be right about taking off your bra before going to sleep for other reasons like having good circulation and easy breathing.
If you're putting in overtime with your bra to preserve perkiness, that's a total myth too. Bras don't preserve the shape or perkiness of breasts. "

Sleeping in a bra keeps everything in place when you sleep, especially if you sleep face-down, but if you do wear a bra to bed,it's best to wear something with softcups or a sport bra; no underwire. Also, i'm not sure if anything can keep boobs from getting saggy, but the support of a sport bra may help a little in that area too.

Noooo sleepin with a bra on doesnt help, as a matter of fact it could cut off circulation in your midsection and cause serious problems. If you want to keep your breast from sagging do this simple excersise. Put your arms, folded like little wings to your side, then exstend the elbows outwards and straight back. Now do it repeatedly. A few days a week should be good enough. It not only will keep the muscles firm in the breast area, but it will excercise your arms at the same time so you dont get flaps under your arms. We dont want you flyin away on us now. LOL. This really does work, I know cuz Iam a 51 year old woman and my breast and arms are still firm and I must say Iam lookin GOOD. At least that is what the Hubby recently told me.

It has no effect whatsoever except to make you uncomfortable at night. Your breasts will eventually get "saggy" because gravity pulls the weight down so that is why your skin stretches. Wearing a bra at night, will not cause breast cancer and it will not stop them from growing, all it will do is make you uncomfortable. You can wear a sports bra if you want to, they are more comfortable but in the end gravity works.
Hope this helps!

Sagging will ensue and the better the breast the extra sag, however the thinking in some quarters now's that donning a bra will enhance the quantity of sagging because of the fact the ligaments interior the breast that are it is organic help will atrophy basically like all different unused muscle tissues and ligaments might and absence the potential to hold the breast up greater by way of the years. Like in case you saved your arm in a sling many of the time, might your arm be extra suited or weaker?

I would think so becasue you're not allowing your skin to stretch freely as it would without a bra, i sleep with a bra because i'm nursing and it doesn't bother me one bit.
