If allergies are part of the problem, you could go to an allergist to determine all the things that you are allergic to, and then see about trying allergy shots that desensitize a person to allergies without the use of any drugs. Maybe your immune immune response will work in your favor with this approach.

Otherwise, you could try to control your exposure to things that you are allergic to, and eliminate or minimize exposure to things that irritate your skin. You have probably noticed that problems tend to flare up with exposure to certain types of fabrics, soaps, shampoos, and maybe even temperatures. Keep track of all your foods and other things that could be a problem. Simplify your diet and clothing so you can notice and narrow-down things that cause problems. You may need to experiment and keep track of possible causes. Pay attention to patterns in your symptoms: if symptoms are worse at a certain time of day, or when doing certain activities. Symptoms that occur in the morning are likely caused by something in your bedroom. In your bedroom, get rid of carpeting, drapes, and any other unnecessary fabrics. Figure out if you react to the fabrics in your clothes, towels, and sheets. Substitute hypoallergenic products for bar soap, antiperspirants, shampoos, and make up. Wear gloves if you have to wash dishes by hand.
