Self control. You learned how eat like crap, and now you have to unlearn that and the foods that went with it. Cravings typically last about 8 minutes. Don't keep any crappy food on hand. When I get a craving for something, especially at home, I'm safe because the food isn't around.
Hopefully you are on a good diet that doesn't deprive you of the proper nutrition. In time, you will find a lot of the cravings disappear.

You can't exactly stop cravings, but you can calm them. A good tip when dieting that I have heard works well is to drink one glass of water before eating. It fills you a little so you don't over-eat, and it hydrates you! If you are really into chocolate, one piece a day can actually help you. It will tone down your cravings and hopefully keep your mind off those fatty foods! Dark chocolate is also pretty healthy, and is rich in antioxidents. Good luck!

Keep things on hand for when you have those cravings. Always keep Sugar Free Pudding cups or even granola bars. They make those oreo flavored granola bars that are only 100 cals. All of those 100 calorie pack things are great. I keep them in my desk for cravings such as yours. Also make sure you are getting enough protien. I also keep turkey lunch meat in the fridge. When I feel hungry I eat a couple of slices.

WILLPOWER mostly.
Drink a pint of water - we confuse hunger with thirst most of the time.
Then drink your 8-10 glasses of water a day as normal (if its normal for you).
Brush your teeth - dont know why but it works.
