The cabbage soup diet promises drastic weight loss within a week, without mentioning the gassy and bloating side affect.
This diet limits you to raw fruit and vegetables supplemented by countless cups of cabbage soup.
Its so low in calories you`ll be lucky if you can muster up the energy to break wind let alone carry on with normal life!!

So in conclusion its not really that good!

i want to be the next diet guru! what do you think? the highlighter diet (chew on your highlighter all day long). THESE FAD DIETS ARE RIDICULOUS! what do you hope to accomplish? it might last a week if you are lucky. save yourself the trouble and in this case your friends from the stench and just eat healthy drink water not pop and go for a jog on the daily how hard is that and you don't have to eat garbage or drink hot sauce or lemon water and green tea or DETOX or BOTOX or what ever you'll just be healthy I'm so sick of this garbage i could scream!

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !

Pretty much guaranteed that all fad diets and diet pills are doomed. 2 in 3 of these dieters will gain weight!

You need a modest reduction in calorie intake + regular vigorous exercise to stand any real chance of sustained loss. Less in more out, its the only way.

it does work but is usually meant for pre operative patients who need to lose weight fast. its not a sensible diet as its only a 7 day plan. after that when you eat normally the weight goes back on.

and yes it does cause excessive flatulence.

its a fad diet which will make you lose water weight and muscle NOT fat and slow down your metabolism - you will end up having higher body fat percentage.
any diet you cant follow every day of your life is not a good diet.

It works, and the soup actually tastes nice for about two weeks. After that you'll hate the smell, taste and preparing it too.

Try two weeks on it, and two weeks off it. Just eat sensibly in the weeks that you aren't on it, and you will lose weight.
