There isn't any special pill that will make you lose weight dramatically fast without doing anything at all. If that did exist everyone would be a bit more in shape. You do need to diet and exercise a bit. With that said, you should maybe look into Hydroxycut.

However, realize that weight isn't everything. It's more about inches. There's a lot of people out there who get discouraged because they aren't losing the weight they want to, but muscle mass has a lot to do with it. Muscle weighs more than fat, so again, if you do plan to exercise regularly, don't become frustrated if you hit a wall sometime. Just remember weight isn't the only thing. So maybe measure your body when you start your journey, and every now and then look at those results, too. You can also try taking a few "before" pictures, and see if you can see results yourself.

All in all, Good luck!

How fast did you put the weight on? Are you willing to exercise? Give up fast food? Change nyour life? Otherwise, the end result of yor weight loss will be a 5-10 pound weight gain. Forget the pills. They will make you waste your muscle mass. Do you really want skinny arms and legs, with a big butt and stomach?

There is no magic pill, yet. As Oprah says, if there was one, she would be on it! Join weight watchers. Either online or go to meetings. It is the best way I have found to lose weight, and I have tried almost as many things as Oprah! I'm losing about a pound and a half a week. I'm happy with my results.
Good Luck!

there is no magic diet pill/patch/tea/lotion, if at least one of them worked obesity wouldnt be epidemic in the usa.
you have to make permanent changes in your lifestyle (diet and exercise) to get permanent results.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Use spray oil instead of pouring. One squirt contains just one calorie compared to 120 calories from a tablespoon. If you use oil as part of your cooking daily, this small change could lose that you simply stone over the year.

Exercise. Exercise raises your metabolic rate and you'll burn more calories faster.
