Thats easy. You already became tall. Nothing you can do now can change your eventual height with one exception. Your posture. If you are not paying attention to good posture then your back could be hunched over and you could be losing 1-3 inches in height depending on the severity of your lean.

No food will make you taller. If you are from a tall family you will be tall if you are from a short family most likely you will be average. i am 6 2 and my husband is 6 3 my kids are very tall so I do think it comes from your genes. dont worry if you are short there is a place in life for you.

height is overrated...
if you are a girl, guys will find u attractive no matter what...
if you are a guy... you will find a shorter girl and some guys start growing really later 16-20years old...

your height is determined by the genes you inherit from your parents. eating healthy foods and getting exercise will ensure growing as tall as you can.
