I have a habit of lighting up that i've got to stop today b/c of a drug test in 30 days. I've been thinking of quitting anyways due to the fact that it's just not for me anymore (i have a good job, a good life, and a son that i dont want exposed to it anymore). Anyway, I have enough will power and i know i can do it. I was just wondering how most people DEAL with not having that fix anymore. Is there anything that has really helped you all get along without smoking?
