Have you thought, why it makes you feel guilty?
I guess, it doesn't make you feel guilty enough, otherwise you would have stopped already. Perhaps you need to figure out your feelings rather than con't to feel guilty.

Masturbation is perfectly normal, its possible your parents could have had an impact on you depending on what their attitude towards sex is.
There is no need to feel guilty, think of it as discovering your body, what you do and don't like.

I do too and so many people have told me not to. are you married. I havn'tt been able to talk to my spouse abou tit and I think that Is why I feel so guilty. if you are single then there really is nothing to fear. Actually if you are married then there really is nothing to fear. Do you enjoy it? Do you orgasm. It seems to be the reason we do it is to relaease tensions not so easily released by everday life. Just enjoy yourself. It does feel good. I have been trying to cut back but I don;t think I will ever be able to quit altogether. Hang in there. We are all in this together.

There is NO reason to feel guilty. It is normal to masterbate & to feel good, so stop feeling bad & enjoy it!!!!!
