i have been gong to the gym for about 3 months about 3 times a week give or take as i do other forms of exercise too and have a pretty healthy diet as I calorie count. for the majority of the week i have under 2000 calories a day, usualy under 1500 if im not feeling down. This included lots of fruit and veg etc
My gym routine is bike, cross trainer, stepper, rower, weights, floor exercise then 30 mins swimming
I know i might be putting on muscle but i have put on 2 pounds and not lost too many inches. Its really starting to get me down.
Im 23, female, 5'5" and 11 stone 7 (about 158 pounds i think) but i am big framed
