Yes I do! I have a Pilates video that I do at home and the beauty of the routine is I can do it any time of day and it accomplishes exactly what I need. For example, I can do it first thing in the morning and it will wake me up and energize me. Or I can do it right before bed and it will totally mellow me out.
Similar to yoga, Pilates concentrates heavily on breathing at the right moments. The controlled and calculated inhaling...exhaling...is VERY relaxing! :-)
