Ask your doctor if you are retaining fluid, if you are then you need water tablets which will take the fluid down, simple why to test if you're retaining fluid is to, push one tip of your finger into the swollen bit of your legs for a couple of seconds, if it stays indented for a couple of seconds then it's fluid, also elevate them as much as you can
