My dr took me out of work said i had a severe infection I did wash the wound and put peroxide and bacitracin on it but it blew up and was swollen and red today only the thumb is still swollen and i still cant write , turn on my car or even open a can

I normally follow a typical bedtime routine, sleeping between 10:30 and midnight and waking between 6:30 and 7:30 am. However, last night, I stayed out all night, not sleeping til 4:30 am, nearly 5am. This is very unusual for me...didn't stay up for any particular reason...just staying up late to spend time with friends. I thought I would sleep until noon, but I couldn't sleep in. I woke up at 9am. When I got up, I was very dizzy, even though I was alert. I felt weird and off-balance, like I were drunk. I should add that I only drank one beer the evening before, ate normally and I'm not on medication. What would cause me to be dizzy like that? I couldn't keep my balance straight for about 2 hours. Everything was spinning.

I feel that i obsess over everything my boyfriend does. Everytime he says something, I read a million other things into it. Everytime he leaves and goes somehwere without me, I think hes doing someting I wouldnt like. It doesnt matter if hes going to the store for bread- and is gone the right amount of time- he is still goin to rendezvous with "HER" and i dont even know who HER is. When he says something- whether in esponse to my questions or just out of the blue or in normal conversation- i think he is lying to me. in fact I am convinved he is. We are broken up right now and I still cant stop doing these things. I try everything I know of to stop doing them but they persist. We've had our problems, but we still love each other. I have been diagnosed with bi-polarism and chronic depression. Thats why i was wondring if maybe- even just some- of this was my mind working overtime and being neruotic?I have been like this since we got together- and we ended uo breaking up after 6 months

I have pain in my girly area. To be specific, its done in my lower area by my lips, mostly on my left side. The problem is, is that I can't really pinpoint the exact place that the pain is coming from. The pain started to be prevelent about six months ago and has continued to get worse. At times I would think that it was a mild bladder infection. But since the pain would come and then go I never went to the doctor. Since the pain has continued to get worse and be more regular (being daily) I have started trying to remember when this first started and I think that it has been going on for a long time. I had an abortion 6 years ago and had complications. Could this be relevant, someone suggested scar tissue? Is it possible for the pain to be that bad? The pain is like dull sometimes and then at other times it is more severe. but never severe enough to restrain me from my normal life. Also wondering if it could be a cyst? I already made a doctor appt. not for another month tho.

I'm 23 and just got my first car yesterday. I'm so excited. I get really nervous behind the wheel and sometimes feel panicky. I drive pretty well and stay in my own lane for a beginner. I just get really nervous. I've had two lessons so far from my boyfriend. I'm just frustrated!

I feel like certain pain killers might contribute to the problem.

The stomach ulcer was caused by a prescription pain killer called Naproxen. I've had the ulcer for a few days, it hurts sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. I'm taking Prilosec OTC for 14 days to treat it, is this a good idea? Any suggestions are appreciated.

I have a sore throat, redness, pus pockets on the back of my throat, tonsils and on the palate (roof of the mouth), NO fever...The dr. gave me antibiotics for amoxicillin and said that after a rapid strep test, it was NOT strep. Been two days and the medicine is seeming to help with the soreness, but it looks like there are more pus pockets. I'm just curious if anyone knows what it could be?

Tonsillitis? Acute Sinusitis? Could it be an STD (syphilis, etc), I don't think so because I have no other syptoms of such...

my fiance is suffering from bad pain in her gums and can't get any help from a dentist till she schedules an appointment tomorrow but i don't want her to be in pain all night and till she can get into the emergency room tomorrow. i was wondering if there was something other than ibuprofen or or that gum numbing stuff(sorry i'm out of it. it's a gel for numbing tooth and gum pain).

i bought a box of the new kellogs mini wheats 'vanillia cream' and when i pourd a bowl i took a bite then was looking in my bowl and noticed a small dark thing unusual from everything else in it...i got it ou with my spoon and it was a little worm like thing with little legs MOVING..be in mind that this thing was about tthis size "/" about the size of that slash..i dont know how i spotted it before i ate it..what shoud i do should i inform the company and try to get money back or what?

it says that you can take 1-2 doses every 4-6 hours but no more than 6 doses in 24 hours...but is this safe to do on a daily bases? just seems to me that this is a lot of Diphenhydramine HCl, considering each tablet contains 12.5 mg

i have very bad allergies...and 10mg loratine of claritin (24 hours) do not work very well

i changed most of my diet and i'm eating a lot of salads with chicken and fruits and whole grain cereals in the morning but i have been getting alot of #3 so to speak. this seems to happen every time i start this cycle of eating healthy again. which has only been twice. but i know how to do it the right way now, but why is this? is my body cleansing and ridding waste? or is it something serious?

I hadc her on my lap and touched her back she stiffened up and bit down on my thumb i went to dr and got antibiotic and it is better today then it has been but my thumb is still swollen and hurts...Any idea how long it takes for this to clear up?

I just statred using it for 3 days now and the next morning when i woke up my facve way oily.
Then i washed it and didnt seemed that oily its fine now, but is this normal to have oily skin waking up after using proactiv?
I dont think i have an allergic reaction becuase my face isnt red.
Anyone know why my face gets oily?
Or should i use the rapiring lotion some other day?

I know pregnant women need to ask a doctor about medicines for a yeast infection, but is there even a problem for pregnant women to use something like monastat 7? Does a doctor have to be consluted first. I know it is recommended to do so, but I want to know if there was an over the counter medicine availble without a prescription.
