Yeowch!!! Painful!!
Any good antibiotic ointment, covered with a band aid. Change band aid and re apply ointment every 24 hours at least. neosporin, polysporin, bactroban, fucidin are all good.

Ouch! There are some antibiotic creams that have a pain killer in them--that's what I'd use. Otherwise, I'd look in the cabinet for the antibiotic cream and a band aid to keep the air and dirt off it, but change the band aid often.
