Popping pimples spreads the bacteria that has caused the pimple in the first place and if you don't wash your face well this bacteria can then infect another pore and cause more pimples. Hormones can have something to do with pimples, as your skin and oils change as your hormones do. This is why so many teenagers have pimples. You should try an antibacterial face wash morning and night, with a good moisturiser. These are avaliable at all pharmacies, and will differ depending on which country you are in. Try to avoid popping your pimples, and if you can't resist, pop them right before you have a shower and wash your face. This will ensure your pores stay clean and the bacteria is washed away.

Hormones do play a role in pimples. Hormones cuase hair follocales to grow and change. This can cuase them to become infected by bacteria, forming pimples. But the problem isn't so much the hormones as it is the condition of the skin itself. Try washing the area as often as you can with soap and water. Also you can take Vitamin A, but be careful; Vitamin A works against pimples by allowing your skin to shed easier. Too much vitamin A can make your skin dry and flakey. Also, TOO MUCH VITAMIN A IS POISONOUS, if you over do it. I sugest don't take any more then neccesary, and if your skin starts flaking alot then to decrease or to stop taking the vitamin A.

No! It is your gut. Something is not right with your digestion. Try some healthy bacteria, a flora of some type. Since I have been taking that, I do not even have one zit or pimple. Good luck
