I'm sorry that's a joke. And that would give you a beer belly.

You exercise--you can do sit ups--build up slowly, then do as many as you can daily. They don't require a membership to a health club or any expensive equipment. Also, when your male hormones fully kick in, your muscles will become more prominent.

Trust me this will work
1.put feet straight in the air and try to touch toes 40 times(try to get your shoulders off the ground)

2.get in regular sit up position. then put your right foot on left knee. put left hand behind head..now try to touch your left elbow with your right knee 30 times then switch it(touch right elbow with left knee)

3.this one requires two people. sit down like you doin a sit up(be in the up position with hands behind head and elbows touching knees) now heres where the other person comes in. have them hold your ankles. they have to rock you back and forth like a craddle all the way back and all the up is one.(the goal is to NEVER let your elbows DISCONNECT from your knees)try to do it ten times....it's really kind of hard after a while

You could ask an older friend to buy it for you, but if you are 13 you probably shouldn't be drinking any way.
