I'm 13 years old, 5'4, and weigh 89 pounds. I dance to the radio a lot for about an hour. How many calories do I loose? Also on tuesday my dance dance revolution TV pad is coming. So i'll be doing that alot and was wondering how many calories an hour I loose doing that?

ok me and my ex started talking to each other like we used to when we were going out!!... but well I started cutting myself again so I when I told him I waz doing that he got kind of mad at me. Then my stepsisters took my cell phone away and they sent him text messages with cuss words on them. One of the txt messages said "go to hell ***** and go **** ur mom" so since that day (last Saturday) he won't answer his phone or any txt message. I'm trying to talk to him so I can explain what really happend (my stepsisters send the txt messages not me) but he wont answer. So, what can I do???? I really need help or I'm going to start cutting myself again

Hi, I currently am having real problems with myself. I'm 21 and have reached a point where I find it very hard to look at a girl and find her attractive.

I broke up from my first and only relationship 7 months ago and it hurt me and my ex greatly- we are however still really good friends and spend quite a lot of time together, (even though she is in a new relationship).

My libido has plummeted and my self esteem is also rock bottom. I crave intimacy and love but not really sex as i'm now quite scared of that- it was a prime factor in the breakup.

I'm lost and don't know what to do- learning to love myself is all good and well but I really can't see myself getting into another relationship or having sex anytime soon. I don't have many friends but I am a likeable person- I think people assume i'm popular. I'm a really nice guy, but traits such as being exciting, flirty, interesting and fun seem to elude me and it really gets me down a lot of the time.

have had it around 3 days but seems to be getting worse, head aches, pain in cheeks, sore jaw and face feels swollen, i am pregnant so can only take paracetamol which is not doing much i understand the doctors are very reluctant to prescribe medication but i cannot stand it anymore, if it still bad tomorrow should i go and see about it or am i wasting my time?

I made 2 mistakes, which wont happen again, I slept with my ex.

First time, no protection, the day after I found a pimple (bump) down there, I went to see the doctor the day after, she said it looks like an ingrown hair, I got tested.

1 week later, slept with him again, day after found another bump. Went to see the doctor, she says, its not herpes, could be a genital wart, but it doesnt have the characteristics of one.

She said she thinks its from me shaving and it just got irritated. Ive always shaved and never had a problem. I was with him after 5 months, so for 5 months no sex. My test results came out fine.

What can it be? I dont think any fluid came out of it, she says its not STD related. But, it hurts, and I never got them before. And I only got them the day after being with him. Please help.

My ex ended our relationship 6 wks ago. Only a day or two before she raised us splitting she was talking about stuff we would be doing together in the future e.g. holiday in the summer, friends wedding etc

She raised us breaking up. We didn't break up immediately. I said I was confused about what was going on. She said she had been down & went to the Dr who said she had depression (she had it very bad when a teenager). She then said our relationship was what was on her mind and she wasn't depressed. She ended things without really explaining why just that "things had changed over a short period".

We are back in touch now, she contacted me. She is giving mixed signals. We chat on the phone/text & met a week ago.

She is now away visiting her parents for a week. I have said I will ring her to chat at some point. I had a good relationship with her parents & know that when I ring her mother will try and speak to me about what happened

How do I react?? I want her back!
