Floss, to get pieces of food out and then brush.

You brush to get rid of all the extra food, and then you floss to get rid of the food that stuck between the teeth, and it would be great if after you mouthwashed.

That's the best combination

You floss first. This helps to dislodge any food left between your teeth. You then brush it all away.
