How we can protect ourself from these dangers ?,because these are available at every corner and are cheap, when u r away from home.

You never know whats in them & they tend to be very high on cholesterol

the dangers of junk food are having all that food thats bad for you ending up in your bottom or you thise and when you get older you'll be sorry that you ever ate all the twinkes and ding dongs and ice-cream so eat right and have healthy snakcs like fruit

is bad 4 ur body.
junk food addiction is as dangerous as hard drugs.

there are way to many to list here
mainly that the aft content blocks your arteries so your heart could die (or at least part of it)
also you gain wweight (unless you excerise ALOT)
and have weak bones/ muslces beacuse theres no calcium or protien
JUST DONT DO IT
and im a teenager!

everything is bad with junk food, low motabalism, mood swings bad skin high blood pressure, far too much fat,, low energy, over eating and every thing that comes with it all, did you not see the show super size me?
