I made 2 mistakes, which wont happen again, I slept with my ex.

First time, no protection, the day after I found a pimple (bump) down there, I went to see the doctor the day after, she said it looks like an ingrown hair, I got tested.

1 week later, slept with him again, day after found another bump. Went to see the doctor, she says, its not herpes, could be a genital wart, but it doesnt have the characteristics of one.

She said she thinks its from me shaving and it just got irritated. Ive always shaved and never had a problem. I was with him after 5 months, so for 5 months no sex. My test results came out fine.

What can it be? I dont think any fluid came out of it, she says its not STD related. But, it hurts, and I never got them before. And I only got them the day after being with him. Please help.

How long have you had the bump? Has the first one resolved? Was the sore cultured or did they do a blood test? Has your ex had a blood test done? Herpes usually shows symptoms 2-14 days after exposure, but it can take 3 months to show positive on a blood test. It is possible that the second bump you found was a continuation of the first outbreak. It is also possible that it is nothing at all!

For some reason many doctors do not want to consider the fact their patients have herpes and dismiss the obvious symptoms. Too often the patient later discovers that it really was a herpes outbreak.

No matter what the doctor says, be sure to have a blood test done in a few months. That is the best way to know if you have been exposed. If you can get your ex to get a test, it may give you some answers sooner.

First off, all STD's have an incubation period of general 7-10 days. So if you had an irritated pore less than 24 hours after intercourse, i would say that it was just that...an irritated pore. However, if the bumps spread or become severely itchy or painful, you should be tested immediately for herpes or condyloma. In the meantime, if you don't trust that your ex is clean...WEAR A CONDOM!

first of all, cool down. what's achieved is achieved, dude. No think approximately freaking out now. Secondly, if it replaced right into a pair of nights in the past, you in all probability won't see warning signs yet--in case you do, in fact, have some thing. keep in mind, in basic terms because of the fact people say somebody gets around--and despite if she does--it does no longer propose she has an STD. STDs do no longer in basic terms pop up because of the fact your physique is going "Whoa, you have reached your better half shrink", they arrive from having intercourse with somebody who has one. next, circulate to the health facility, ask for a whole STD panel, and make certain that it contains HIV, Gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, trich, and a blood attempt for herpes (ascertain you noticeably request that one, in any different case they gained't do it). i will have forgotten to checklist some, so ask to nicely known what you're being examined for. additionally, comprehend that there is not any attempt for HPV for men, the only way you would comprehend you have it extremely is that in case you get genital warts. wish that facilitates!

If it happened the day after, odds are it is NOT an STD. Herpes and HPV generally take at least 3 weeks to show up. Plus, herpes are swollen large and patients describe them as the worst pain they've ever felt when they touch it. HPV is just a wart and is not painful or swollen at all. Doesn't sound like anything serious. Good luck! And good job for being smart and seeing your doctor so soon!

A genital wart can be associated with infection by papillomavirus. It doesn't involve fluid,as the virus resides on our skin and you can get it when you have skin contact with the infected person. Fortunately, your immune system will clear up the virus in a few months. Only 1-2% of infected person will have the persistent infection (the virus is not cleared up). My advice is to do pap smear as it is the only way to test the presence of this virus.

Next time you get one, get some bikini zone and put it on the area. It might be an ingrown hair even if you don't get them often. You can get it at a drugstore. Try it and if it goes away after a few days of use then you have the answer to your question!!!

He could have introduced bacteria that you didn't have on you before and it caused infection. If the doctor said you are okay, then don't worry too much. Keep the area clean and keep an eye on it. It sounds like ingrown hairs.
